　　LinkedIn is one place where your photo also represents your professional ability. Upload a top quality photo—and better still if you can afford it, a professional portrait(半身照). A suit and tie isn’t the most important thing.　　 2　　. Also make sure the background is relevant to your work, or use a plain one. And remember to smile!

　　The “Chong Yang Festival” is celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month.　　 1　　

　　The festival began as early as the Warring States Period(战国) (475 - 221 BC). According to the yin/yang dichotomy(二分法) that forms a basis to the Chinese world view, yin represents the elements of darkness and yang represents life and brightness.　　 2　　 The ninth day of the ninth month is a double yang day, hence the name “Chong Yang Festival”. (Chong means “repeat” in Chinese.) Besides, the ninth month also means the approach of winter. It is a time when the living need warm clothing and filial(孝顺的) Chinese sons and daughters extended this to make the festival a time for providing winter clothes for their ancestors.　　 3　　 Clothes made of paper would then be burnt as offerings. 

　　On the Double Ninth Festival, people customarily climb mountains, appreciate chrysanthemum flowers(菊花), drink chrysanthemum wine, and eat double-ninth cakes.　　 4　　 Old people are especially meant to improve their health by taking part in the activities on the day of the festival.
