1. 对优等生的作业:表扬中要有指正,教师可通过评语向他们提出更高要求。例如:
It's good to be correct. It's also important to be creative.
Excellent. You haven't made any mistakes, but do your best to make your handwriting neater.
except for a few spelling mistakes.
Keep it up. Remember that little by little one goes far.
2. 对于中等生的作业:鼓励中要有督促:You had better be more careful! Pay more attention to the tenses. Your work is quite good.
3. 对于差生的作业:肯定中要应多几分鼓励:Lily,I like your handwriting very much although there are some mistakes here.I am sure you can correct them. Cheer up! A good beginning makes a good ending.
4. 如某个学生上次考试不及格,可以用下面语言激励其争取进步:Joe, I'm sorry to know you've failed in the last examination. I hope you won’t be too sad. Your classmates and I all want to help you. Remember, failture is the mother of success. I think you can do better next time.
5. 如某个学生课堂上不注意听讲,老师也可以在作业评语中提出劝告:Jim, you don't know how to do these exercises, in fact, they are not so difficult. The reason is that you didn't listen carefully in class.
6. 如在节假日前,老师可以给予学生一些祝愿语:Merry Christmas! Happy New Year! Have a good time during the Spring Festival! Enjoy yourselves in the coming holidays!
7、如某个学生因为生病缺课,作业完成得很糟糕,教师就要说一些安慰的话:Lily, you have made a few mistakes in your work. I know that is because you were absent.I think it is only natural. Don't lose heart. I am ready to help you.
8. 如快要进行某次考试时,教师就要给学生写评语,鼓舞他们的斗志:There are a few days left. I hope you can go over your lessons carefully. I wish you great success in the coming exam. You've done your work better.
作业评语在学生的学习过程中起着重要的作用,恰当的作业评语不仅是给学生作业本身的评语,更重要的是给了他们一份关爱、一份信任,老师的关心、鼓励、点评时时鼓励激励着学生,使他们始终保持清新的头脑,强烈的兴趣和昂扬的精神。作业评语在教师与学生之间架起一座心灵的桥梁。细节决定成败,只要我们每一位教师在教学工作的各个环节都倾注自己的爱心、耐心以及细心,那么我们的英语教学就会变得高效。
